1884 Murphy Varnish Weathered Playing Card Restoration
This deck is a restoration of the original 1884 Murphy Varnish advertising deck. The deck was originally printed by Andrew Dougherty. It is a transformation deck which means that each of the cards has a unique picture. Each of the cards has a slogan to buy more Murphy Varnish. Each card was redrawn by hand by Michael Scott then printed by the United States Playing Card Company. The tuck case was carefully restrored to the original design and it is sealed with a restoration stamp.- Includes 2 decks Weathered numbered and weathered display deck.
